Candidates to the Board - Annie Mishchenko (Ганя Міщенко)

Annie Mishchenko is running for the one (1) position set aside for a representative of the former So-Use Credit Union.

Ms. Annie Mishchenko has been a member of UCU and the former So-Use Credit Union for at least forty years. She was elected to UCU’s Board of Directors in 2010, when So-Use Credit Union merged with Ukrainian Credit Union Limited and is currently chair of the audit committee.  Prior to the merger, she served as a director and chair of the audit committee at So-Use Credit Union from 2002 to 2010.

Ms. Mishchenko is a graduate of the Business program at Ryerson University, and is a Certified Management Accountant. She brings fourteen years of credit union experience as a former Chief Financial Officer of UCU.

Ms. Mishchenko is an active community volunteer. She currently holds the position of Vice-President of Finance at St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, and is active on the Expressions in Art fundraising committee. Ms. Mishchenko has also been a parent volunteer with the Yavir School of Ukrainian Dance, St. Volodymyr Ukrainian School and ODUM summer camp.
